I have wanted a bike for years, and by the end of this season I'll be starting to buy all my gear. If all goes to plan, I should be getting my M2 spring 2011 through RTI.

Dream bikes are much easier to get than dream cars, so I realize that people may already have theirs. I want to see pictures of what TM3 members ride, and also the bikes you dream about when you should be concentrating on work/wife/girlfriend, whatever.


My first bike I know will be a Suzuki SV650s. Maybe I'd get the naked version if I found a great deal on one, but I love the look of the sport with the side fairings removed.

The bike I'd really love to get after a couple years on the SV would be an Aprilia RSV4. A simply stunning bike, it comes with a 1000cc V4 engine (yes, V4, NOT an inline) putting down just over 180hp.

SV650 is a great bike. Very quick, and sounds great. I had to choose between it and a R6 when I did the FAST racing school at Shannonville. Pretty much then on, was in love with the V-Twin sound so picked up a VTR.

I did the streetfighter theme as well too the bike, sounds like your thinking the same thing.

My baby is a 99 Honda CBR600F4. It was my first bike that I bought 3 years ago. I keep toying with the idea of selling it for something else, but it's just such a good bike. It's a carb so it's simple and cheap to fix, yet it's fast enough to keep up with the newer fuel injected 600SS's. I might just trade it in for the new generation CBR600RR that should be coming down the pipe in a year or 2 though.

My 04 Honda 599. Old pics now... dont have the big ass blinkers and the huge flag mirrors.

Now im not about to start the whole debate about starting on a 600cc bike,
BUT there are also alot of really great 125 and 250 out there now. The ninja 250 looks just like its 600cc big brother.
These bikes might get you on the road faster/cheaper, cheaper insurance, and can turn most of them around for a very very small loss and building skills on the 125/250 will only make your 600cc experience that much more fun.

But, my experience with the SV's... great bike.
