Putting the Cigarette lighter panel back in

So i got a Blackberry Charger, and plugged it into the cigarette lighter, but when i pulled it out so did the whole panel. I tried to push it in but it's not going in. Is there a special way to put it back in?

The ashtray door doesn't open either.

If needed i can post pictures on how it looks.
