Got a CEL last night

The Wife was driving home last night, she said the car jerked (it felt like it wanted to turn the car off) but she accelerated and was fine, then the CEL came on. I checked the fuel cap and unplugged and replugged the MAF senor, the light still came on. I'm going to try disconnecting the battery tonight and see if that works, should I take off the + or -?

If that doesn't take care of the problem what else should i check?

BTW- I have a stock intake and I'm going for my emissions test soon

i experienced this too, but I had a CAI, and after the reset, everything was just fine

Could always drop by a partsource store and pull the code if its close by.

Well now its gone, I didn't disconnect the battery......... going to get it e-tested. Hopefully it doesn't come back, if it does then I'm heading to the shop to pull the code.
