The problem with society nowadays is that their always trying to make a buck out of any situation or better yet in her case I'm guessing wants to become known somehow and strike up a modelling centerfold or something. Debra Lorenzana (girl that got fired for being "too hot"). She's pretty but not 'hot'. You be the judge!

I think it just came down to her innappropriate clothing... I think most chicks would get fired for wearing the second outfit above. That's like a really beefed up guy walking into his office with a tight muscle shirt/tight little shorts expecting to be taken seriously..........

Oh come on, I think this is silly...but you know, only in the states can you pull this off and actually win the case, so good for her.
She has another job with a better bank if you ask me, so I don't see why she is perusing this case.

zara is on the cheap side for trendy clothing in terms of materials and cost. Their stuff looks good tho
$70k salary in NYC + a kid to raise is not a lot to go by.
Anyways if my employer told me to buy a new wardobe because the stuff I wear is too trendy I'd tell them to f- off.
