Hey to the Mazda crowd!

Hi there!
I have been long time Honda owner – had 12 of them all together: 9 cars and 3 motorcycles (currently have my older CR-V and CBR1000)….
It is time though for my new car and from what I see Honda is loosing its value for me – Engineering/Reliability/Price balance is what I am talking about... so….. I am here and I am seriously thinking about new 2010 Mazda3! What do you think guys? How good is current Mazda? From what I research and from a few test-drives – I see a great value and fun car…
Anyhow, I am planning to see Jeff and if he will give me a good deal to match my budget, I will probably get me a new car soon! :)

Also wanted to say – this is great forum, I have learned a lot reading here for the last few days! Thank to all posters.

And I will post my update if I indeed will become new Mazda owner. Wish me luck LOL

welcome to TM3. everyone here loves the mazda 3 and since they have done nothing but pack more and refine the first mazda 3 this new one is a pretty great car.

Yeah, you need to buy the Mazda... but I'd recommend keeping the CBR1000, the Mazda motorcyles suck...lol.

Hey man, welcome! Good call in going to see Jeff @ MoT. He's the man to see. Keep in mind that the 2010's are in final production, so you'd best talk to Jeff sooner than later as choice and availability will quickly diminish. Also, the 2010's have the 0% financing and cash incentives, whereas the 2011's do not. Just something to keep in mind. Read the threads in the 'buying a mazda' section.

well, fist of all Thank You for the all welcomes (and i am keeping my HOnda bike LOL)

second - I did buy my first NEW car and it happens to be my FIRST Mazda as well - i am a lucky owner of 2010 Mazda 3 Sport GS with 6 speed manual (wow) - thx to Jeff :) Although my car still on the boat and delivery is in 2 weeks - don't know how i will sleep all these nights waiting for my new bebe LOL

NOw my next step - I am starting searching this board for places where I will pimp my baby soon - tinting, subwoofer, etc.

You made a good choice. I was in the same boat as you 2 months ago. I've never owned a new car, or a Mazda - and I purchased a 2010 Sport GS from Jeff as well... but I had to wait over a month for mine to arrive - that was torture!

I got myself Graphite color - I like it the best out of all available choices. :)

Now i have to wait for whole 12 days till my new baby arrive :(
