Just got this done today. Had to play with the dampening to get the ride just right. All in all very happy. A little lower than I wanted but I'll get them adjusted after they break in for a week.

Ya, I had a car with dark tint and it looked great. But it was a real pain at night. So the lighter tint is just the safe way to go...unfortunately.

Thanks everyone. The 4X4 look was really starting to bug me. Now I'm really happy with the outcome. I still need to dial in the dampening so the ride is to my liking. It's really nice that it's so easy to do this. Takes seconds to make an adjustment and with just a couple of clicks you can tell a difference.

LOL. I actually really like the CWP. If I had one I'd do a gloss black roof and side mirrors, like the ones in your signature and take my Silver Vein rims, similar to the the ones in your sig as well. That would be really nice.

I don't follow? I didn't have my tints re-done. The windows are tinted and the defrost lines are fine. Are you confusing the other car I had done with darker tint?

Right now the ride is a bit stiffer than stock. I'd like to get back to stock so I need to play with it a bit more. When I first picked up the car my teeth were rattling. There are absolutely no rubbing issues either. The drop is really nice but a little lower than I asked for. As you can see from the photos I have a hitch and I really don't want to be hitting stuff with the hitch.

As for tires you are spot on. That's exactly what I'm running. The rubber is Falken.

When I was rockin rx8's I was running falken ze912 which are solid. The tire size is correct btw....all else not too sure about your other questions never rocked coilovers..

I have some rims that I'm going to get powder-coated black, and I'm painting the calipers black as well. Did you paint the gray bar in the front that the license plate attaches too as well? Do you have any pics from the rear of the car with the new rubber on?... I'd like to see the stance!

That car is beautiful! Your car is so reflective! A good waxing job I'm guessing.

Yes I waxed it earlier this spring with Mothers Carnauba Wax. But every day after work or what ever I'm doing that day, I use my California Duster and then wipe the car down with a clean soft cloth and polish the rims. It's like a ritual. Helps me unwind after the day and it only takes 20 min.

I have to re-do my emblems, but this time I'm getting them wrapped in 3M carbon fiber. I would powder coat them a similar colour to my rims. Makes them stand out really nice. Get them done in gunmetal or in silver vein like mine. You won't regret it. i'll try to get some photos of the rear tomorrow and no I didn't paint the gray bar, it's stock.

Unfortunately it's not that easy. The angles of the 2010 rear lenses are very hard to wrap. It was his first attempt and said that he would come back in the summer to re-do them. Plus I now want my emblems, bug deflector and a few interior pieces done in the 3M cf. I'm tired of re-painting the emblems.

I do not think the windows would stand out, the car is black and i think it would flow super nice with it. Personally I am not a guy to like light tints though so maybe I am biased
