Once again, Canada is missing out on a fast-food fat feast.
Friendly’s, the 75-year-old U.S. chain, has introduced its Ultimate Grilled Cheese Burger Melt, whose bun consists of two grilled-cheese sandwiches. With lettuce and tomato.
At 1,500 calories, including 97 grams of fat and 2,090 milligrams of sodium, it lards on nearly three times the calories and fat of KFC’s notorious Double Down. But with no “special sauce” to confound do-it-yourselfers, you could try the UGCB at home.

Why don't they just eat lard straight up.

Why don't they just spread the lard on their hips?
That sounded way too kinky.....
For some reason it looks slightly healthier then the kfc thing.
the sad thing is that it doesn't even look like it tastes good.
and people wonder why obesity is so high these days?

Holy Fark! Where do I get one? lol.
What is the stat? Like 60% of Americans are over weight or obese? Thats scary!

I'm admittedly considered to be on the heavyside here in canada... my buddy who worked in florida says that i would be considered super thin there... cause majority of them can't see their feet. *shakes head*
edit: dunno the validity of this study, but a quick google search...

Not surprising. I am not skinny either but its so hard to be these days it seems, especially if you are sper busy and always on the go. I eat pretty decent but I don't get much exercise right now. Dumb desk jobs lol

What? you mean employee appreciation week wasn't good enough for you? what with the grilled meat and all!
yeah, i know what you mean. the trend over the past few decades is increasing time spent at work and as a result an increase in the fast food industry. i eat pretty poorly at times. like today we went to mandarin for lunch.... haha.. but that's cause our regional manager was here. but besides that, i think i'm pretty abnormal cause i gain weight in teh summer and lose it in the winter!

There's nothing wrong with eating fast food, and indulging in a double Big Mac.
But it should be offset with some physical activity.
In the 3-4 neighborhood I visit almost daily, I rarely ever see kids outside playing. Most kids (and I'm talking pre-high schoolers) already have cell phones and PS3's and are too busy updating their facebook page.
What happened to nicky-nine door, road hockey, ball-tag, foot hockey, red-ass.... Anything where kids can actually braeak a sweat.
