Hey all, so not only was midland hit with the little earth quake today, but we also had a tornado tear apart our main street and the big modular home park in town. Ive posted pics of the damage that i could get. Towns basically been shut down, no word yet on if anyones been hurt. I'm okay just incase anyone wanted to know :)

I drove right through the tornado-ish weather near Orillia today on my way home from Trent University. Took hwy 7 across to 12, up to orillia, and down to Barrie. Saw a couple funnel clouds, the Esso on hwy 12 lost it's price sign! Serious damage all over those parts.

The building at Trent that I was in felt the 'quake big time. I was working on their automation server and my flatscreen was vibrating and the whole floor shook for like 15 seconds. Crazy day!

Yeah I wouldn't be so sure, with Global Climate Change and all. NWT are probably going to melt away (a good portion of it lol)...no where on this planet is safe.

I'll be heading up thursday at some point...i have a place in victoria harbor to check on...any idea of any sort of damage out that way???

Friends of mine live in the complex directly across from Smiths park, tim hortons and the destroyed honda dealership.

Sounds as if most people are ok so far...

vic is fine, my house is out here near the marina, no signs there was any active weather at all, all the damage is local to king street and hwy 12 in midland
