will a BMW sharkfin antenna work on a mazda 3, my friend has one from his 323I that he swapped out, just curious if i was to swap it out for my OEM sex whip antenna lol, if it will work/fit.

Aesthetics wise, I don't see why not...technical wise, I don't know. I guess it would depend on what BMW has under the shark fin.

Don't the sharkfins for the Mazda have a partial antenna inside of them? I assume the BMW might also but it might not connect the same. Just a thought.

Might not fit over the existing antenna on the mazda3. The bmw's sharkfins are narrow.

My ex bf tried this on his 3 with his mothers antenna from her BMW convertible. If I remember correctly it did not fit well due to the base of our antenna being too wide.

Aren't the Sharkfin's on the Convertibles different in size (smaller) than the regular 4 door/2 door models since they go on the trunk?
