It's awesome, except I burnt myself pretty badly this weekend and now the sun hurts when I'm outside :( But going outside is like hitting a wall of heat (from an airconditioned building)

I hear Florida is the same but every day in the summer - time to get ready as we're going to see Mickey soon!

Haha, just find an underground parking with 3 levels under, it'll be cool there =). At least you won't have to use the A/C in the car.

yeah me as well lol, but then i turned it off and honestly it didnt get much better!

I was really surprised to see the amount of people who had cars issues, and had pulled to the side of the highways. I just went down 427 and 401. atleast 10 cars with issues

You all got to manage your AC use.. going from 18-20 degrees from inside(some workplace maybe cooler) to around 40 outside is a killer.. get them to set it to 22-23.. save money.. less shock on the body.. you'll still feel the difference in temp.

Anyone have job hookups for something computer related or know somebody who might?

I'm currently working in a machine shop that doesn't have AC and today was just brutal. I was literally dripping sweat all day.

I'm not...this weather sucks. 25C and Sunny is a perfect summer day. Any hotter sucks big ones, especially if it's humid heat.

Yikes... I tried to take it with just my windows open on the drive home... Last about 5-10 mins lol...

I don't use the A/C in my car...ever. Not even on the highway. If I ever build my engine it'll be the first thing to go, followed by the stereo system. If It's hot enough to need A/C then I can just as easily open my windows. The first thing I always do after starting my car is roll down my windows. Even in winter I'll drive around with all my windows open - so long as I'm not getting drenched.

FM? It's atmospheric conditions. AM radio is much better, but they only have crappy stations.

Count me as another who's grateful to have a legitimate summer after a couple of cool rainy ones.
But the media and a lot of people are acting as though it's never been this hot before in Toronto. GO is using the heat as an excuse to go slow and be late getting people home. Seriously..? I don't remember hearing this excuse before.. do their new locomotives have trouble with the heat??

Maybe they do - our cars have trouble in the heat why not a big diesel? (or are they electric?)

It's 36.6° outside right now. 28°C inside because our a/c crapped out.

For a while there I thought that the thermometer was measuring my body temp (36.6).

At work, super stronge AC (Really it's too cold here), home AC set to 20°C so nice and cold for sleeping, car yep AC works awesome. So I only really enjoy the heat when I want to.

Although I went for a jog on Tuesday night and I actually lost 5lbs.
