MIRs are a waste of time - 3 to 4 months to get back a measely $15 bucks (minus your postage)!? Meh. There's no reason for it to not be an instant rebate at the dealer, other than Pennzoil expects a large majority of people to forget to mail in the rebate form etc.

Just stock up on oil when it's on sale.
