So as I understand it...
He got a compression tester, tested got low numbers but all within ~5psi of eachother. Did a wet test and got ~20psi higher. Then went through a bunch of diagnosing, and checking stuff out. Ended up borrowing another compression tester and then it read ~183psi and all the rest inbetween ~5psi. So bascially the compression tester he had was FUBAR? The surging could be turbo, MAF, a boost/vac leak?
