I've got a Stock Standard MS3 any suggestions to what I could/should do to it. Don't want to go to wild.

Want to keep it basic and simple, but at the same time push the Hp. Help would be appreciated!:thumbsup

The AP is a great way to get some gains out of your car stock or modded without blowing its DD/sleeper status. Unlike a TBE (turbo back exhaust) nobody looking at your car (police, dealer, wife lol) will be any wiser. It will pass e-test no problem and if and when it comes time to sell your car it can be removed in minutes and at no cost to you. No wiring is nice compared to systems that require splicing wires.

Sleeper setup (for the person wanting a bit more out of their car without sacrificing DD practicality/comfort while still improving performance)
- Cobb AP
- Sway bars
- STS
- Engine mount

Casual enthusiast (for the person wanting to feel some substantial gains, but not planning to track/race and has a limited budget)
- SRI or CAI (i preferred my cobb SRI over my MS CAI)
- Catted DP only or vibrant CBE (which includes replacing the second cat with a hi flow). This vs. a full tbe will get you 90% of the gains and keep the volume acceptable for passengers from work/spouse etc.
- Cobb AP stage 2 map
- HKS BPV optional, but it sounds neat with the SRI (i'll paste a vid below)
- Sway bars (i had cobb and liked them). Sway bars make a big difference in the handling... lowering springs make the car bouncy, don't offer the same gains in handling to be worth the compromise IMO
- Wheels and tires to help you get more out of your handling improvements and better grip to deal with the extra power
- STS if you like short shifters

Track use (or just want the best of the best)
- Same as above but go full TBE and add a FMIC and coil-over suspension (BC coils start at just over 1k). Ap map 3
- you know the drill, tons of other mods to spend your money on so I won't list them all

At one point I've had all of these mods on my car (not coils, went with the lowering springs instead) and I put this list together based on if I were to do it all over again what would I do. Enclosed are some videos so you can hear the sound of the various parts working together (this is a full TBE, just doing a DP would have kept the noise more manageable). The DP is the only mod IMO that you will really feel a difference on, the intake helps but its not a crazy improvement. The FMIC the next biggest gain, but that requires all the other supporting mods (AP included) to make it all come together.

Based on your post, the least expensive & best bang for your buck package would be a sri, vibrant exhaust and cobb ap stage 2 map. That will also let you do the engine mount, and possibly sway bars all for under $1500 which is less than the cost of a new CPE TBE alone. This is also the least expensive to install as the DP requires more time and money to install/remove given its tucked in the back of the engine bay whereas a CBE you could technically do yourself or at any local garage and with these mods you won't be getting yourself into warranty/reliability issues that can come up further down the mod path and you still are in great shape for the emissions test with the OEM dp

I'm looking to install the following: Tell me what's your thought.

Turbo XS Intercooler
Cobb SRI
Engine Mount
Cobb AP
CP-e Catted Downpipe
Turbo Back Exhaust System

Then at a bit later stage in the future I'm also looking at installing:

Brembo Big Brake kit
ALL Rear, Front, Bottom cross members, stiffeners, etc.
Maybe BOV

My only problem is, that I''m situated in South Africa, so I'll have to sort all my finances out first and everything, because shipping isn't cheap.
It would be better to buy all at once and ship also at once.

I know a friend of mine, staying in Vancouver... So maybe if anyone knows of anyone wanting to sell any of the above mentioned parts, at a good price. Please PM me.

Cool
