Oil Change for MZ3 under warranty

I have tried looking for an answer to this with search but didn't show up anything
Do I have to bring the car into the dealership for every oil change in order for them to honour my warranty? or could I bring it to any shop to do it?
I called a dealership yesterday and was told they charge 43 + tax even when I bring my own oil in; I found that's kinda harsh on the wallet

When i called with a dealer, they said $39+taxes (includes reg oil, filter, labor etc) and ~$20+tax if i got my own oil.

You can bring the car anywhere you want. Just make sure you keep all receipts.

I just got my oil changed today at the dealership and this is the same thing they told me. I asked how much it would cost if I brought my own oil and they said around $20 or so. And to make sure I bring enough oil lol.
