don't use spray in the first place ..... Tire shine should always be rubbed on!! :)

tire shines is silicone never used silicone on your car especially since the tires fling it on the body panels and youll have a hell of a time ever getting rid of it since you cant see it and sanding paint for prep just smears it around. it will fish eye if you ever have to paint your car
CLR degreaser might do the trick but I have not been able to find it.
The easiest option for this problem is to just park on the road when you shine your tires.

You need to do more research. Things have changed and so have the products. The are much more sophisticated and don't fling. You should not get fish eye if the body shop does things right during the prep phase.

ppl have some serious problems with this stuff all you do is scrub a light amount on your tires, if its flying off when you drive or getting on your driveway obviously you put too much..
Orange Cleaner from WALMART! Best product ever! Everytime a delivery truck or some old junker parks on my interlock driveway. i get a small oil stain.. You basically spray it on to the area, leave it 5 mins, then wash off and voila its all gone! But i think walmart changed the name of it , its not longer orange cleaner but its in a purple bottle with a black spray cap. Its called something along the lines of automotive degreaser.

Spray tire shine over your entire driveway..
Caustic soda worked well for me on painted surface, I’m not sure how it works with porous surface. And you have to wear rubber gloves.
