Definitely take it to the dealership then. If you were running aftermarket bulbs I would suggest you at least switch them back before you take it in.

heres the thing, mazda did that stupid recall for the changing of the bulbs, and adding in a spacer to remove the heat from the housings to prevent bulbs from blowing. By adding this spacer they now created a gap and thats where your moisture is geting in. I had custom headlights in my car and they did the recall on them and suddenly they started leaking. Took the spacers out and no more leaks. Took my headlights out anyways because the crummy job i did opening the headlights. I ended up disabling the DRL's all together

Dan, I noticed you had condensation build up in your right headlight last week at the AA meet. I figured you already knew about it so I didn't mention it. What would be the cause of that?

Usually when i wash my car in the sun, i notice a very small amount of moisture inside the housing. Is it normal to have just a tad of moisture. . . " ?

FML... I brought the ride in yesterday to replace the headlight...
After 1.5 hours of work with oil change done.....I notice the driver side side skirt is messed up !!!! .... (the front tire wall plugs which the skirt is supported on all bented out)...
I'll post pic in a bit...i'm suspecting the way the jack up the car for oil change really F'd it up...
Good luck when you go back... That exact same situation happened with my Jetta... I noticed it when i got home, brought it right back and they denied it was them. They said they mark down any damage on the vehicle when its brought in, and they inspect it on the way out . . . They offered to give me a discount on the repair but even still, i will never let them handle my car again..
Hopefully they acknowledge that they f'ed up.

I did a walk around soon after I got my car back and pointed out the problem right on the spot.
Hopefully they will perfect job at fixing it.....hopefully.....

Not wanting to hi jack this thread but I see your car is white, did or do you have any rail dust issues with the paint?

OH YES it was EVERYWHERE all you have to do is clay the car. You may have to put some elbow grease in to it though as some spots can be super difficult to come off

If you're running Nokya's or anything other than what came with your car all you gotta do is switch over the o-ring seal. That should eliminate the issue.

You mean Nokya's don't come with o-ring seals and just grab it from the stocker? Never noticed....maybe I should take a closer look to see if I've got condensation then.
