Looking for thin 1/2 inch double sided automotive tape

Im planning on sticking on some LED strips on the front headlights, i need a double sided tape, but it needs to be thin so its not visible. If anyone has an links to ebay or even Canadian tire that would be much appreciated.

Is that not too thick? Won't it give a 3D effect?
