you would have to change the hood and the fenders along with it since they are different

basically the whole front clip needs to be changed

Don't need the headlights, they are the same. Front fenders (wider), bumper and hood. There is a guy that did the conversion on M3F. I love would to see this mod done although I love the circular foglights on the 04-06 over the rectangular ones.

Aren't the wipers mounted differently as well?
