Hey all,

I have been searching everywhere for some simple info and have come up short, not finding anything here in the search engine or on google.

I know someone on here will be able to quickly tell me what size of filter I need for my F5 CAI - I bought it off someone, so I never had the box, manual, etc.

Also when changing your filter, does everyone take off the bumper, or is there a different wat to just replace the filter, I know you can take the wheel off, but I think that is more of a pain in the a** the the bumper,

Thanks!

IIRC it is a 2.5" inlet on the filter.

It's probably easier just to remove the bumper. You could crawl under the car, undo the undershield and work your way under there, but it will be much easier just to pull the front bumper off.

Cool,

Thanks Steve.

I assumed it was 2.5 but didint really know. I will just take off the bumper, best of the worst,

Talk to you soon,

just turn the wheel all the way to the right, and pull the fender liner back. that should give you enough room to play around with.

i always just used the Ractive cone filters from Canadian Tire.

The filter that comes with the Fujita should be a "lifetime" filter. You can reuse it after you clean it.

I went to Partsource and grabbed a Ractive filter (which I always used for my Injen intake on my Accord) came home pulled the bumper, took 10 mins, then to find out the Fujita filter is 2.75" and the Ractive cone I picked up is 3". DOH!

So I have to find a 2.75" cone.

Steve, ya I know its lifetime but it would be nice to have 2 so that I can clean one, and run one...

Back to the drawing board!
