I have tried to hit a meet, just never works out. Missed the NextMod one, what usually happens is I check the meet section and it is always the day after. :bang
Two months going now, part of the problem is the 2.5 year old.

youtube clips do no justice. I would've gladly helped you out but I had my MS muffler cut out and replaced with a magnaflow lol. But IMO my Mazdaspeed Accessory exhaust sounded a lot better than my magnaflow.
Then again that's a subjective comment.

^^^^^^^
that's the OEM MS3 exhaust. The OP wanted the mazdaspeed accessory exhaust. They're two different things.
Here's the accessory exhaust:

Used to have one on the hatch, I can attest that the youtube video posted doesn't sound as good as in person as the recording isn't very faithful for the low end of the sound.
But missing meets for 2.5 years is a sucky excuse..... means you need to check tm3 more often.. =)

Yep. I think you tube muffles a bit and then were the camera is too.
May only concern is cutting the factory exhaust out, and then not liking the Mazdaspeed.
This may seem strange, but do you think I can jack stand the car and attach the exhaust first to see what it sounds like?

You will need to cut the stock exhaust in order to attach the accessory. It's all or nothing. It's a great exhaust, minus their welding problems.

Here's a comparison I made a while back of the Accessory Exhaust and Stock
