Call them. It said I wasn't eligible either but when I called they said I was.
i was at a rogers store and a new customer bought an iphone 4. i saw them take it out of the cabinet with a few left in stock. so when it was my turn i asked if i could get one on HUP. the person immediately said that there is no stock.
i was pissed!!!!!
I think he said that because the stores don't make money off of HUP's.

i know. that's exactly why he said it. therefore i will have to call customer care and tell them to cancel my contract cause telus has plenty of iphones. lol
it's not the first time roger's stores have done this. they are not allowed to. and it's not the first time i've complained about this either.

ACN agent eh, we probably know a few of the same people...I'm not one but I know a few people that are..
With all the money that acn makes, they should hire a qa team for their web content ;)

All brands except Rogers has been getting pretty decent iPhone 4 stock at Best Buy Mobile, FutureShop, etc.
Rogers suck..only way you can get an iPhone 4 from Rogers is thru retentions OR if you line up

Rogers/Fido has actually been getting more units than the other carriers. Combined they are largest carrier of iPhone's in Canada but they haven't been receiving enough units to cover demand. Bell, Telus and Virgin units are easier to find because they don't sell nearly as many. That's the reason it's been so hard to get them with Rogers/Fido. The units produced for Rogers also work on Fido. The retailer has the choice of activating on either brand. Expect Rogers/Fido quantities to be quadrupled this week due to the upcoming Torch launch.

I know, but they still suck cause they cant cover the demand.

That blame lies with Apple. Not any of the carriers.

Apple is good at creating hype. This is why they are so popular amongst shoe collectors.

IMO I believe Apple limits the intial production run to ensure demand remains high, it's a good way of keeping the product relevant.
