Last night, myself and 5 friends were cruising along the hamilton area, I was second in line behind my friend with a 350.
being the beast that the 350z is, he seen a huge raccoon in the lane and swerved around it, and unfortunately my mazda couldnt compete.

I may be mistaken on this, but, from what I gathered after talking to a friends' father who is an insurance adjuster; if the animal was already dead when you hit it, you may be able to go after the city and have them pay for the damages. Since they failed to keep the road free of hazardous debris.
