This is my first post here-but I've been a long time reader, since right before buying my Mazda 3 from Jeff at MofT.
I just wanted to say if any of you are considering Keele Street Collision for repair service, please DON'T. The work seems to be ok (so far....) but at a definite cost. They organized a car rental service for me, received payment for said car rental service from the at-fault insurance company, and then failed to pay the car rental service for 5 months. I only found out recently when the car rental company charged me.
They also failed to return the car until 3 days later than what my insurance invoice states, and I am being charged for those additional days by the rental agency. Despite the fact that they organized the rental, Keele Street has so far refused to pay for those days. I understand there have been changes in management recently due to dishonesty, but after this experience, I would not deal with them ever again.
