I am looking a Mazda dealer to service my speed 3 but who won't give me a hard time with the mods on the vehicle.

I don't think they'll give you a hard time about the mods. Just watch out for the test pilots while you're in the waiting room

Service they don't care, might even chat with you about it after. Warranty, difference story and depends a lot on how they feel and how often they get questioned by Mazda over warranty costs.
