I am having a bad experience with Weather Tech lately:-
October 2nd I ordered a set of front Floor Liners for my 2010 Mazda 3GT.
October 3rd My order was processed.
October 8th. I recieved the package, with two driver side matts instead of a pair.
October 12th. Called and complained. Was told to ship it back thru UPS
- BAR code was provided.
October 15th. I submitted the package thru UPS.
October 21st. Called to check status. Mark informed me the packed not recieved yet.
Contacted UPS to check. Was told Sean Johnston signed for it,
on Oct. 19th. 4.20.p.m.
Called Mark back and informed him.
He told me it could be sitting down the warehouse. ( for a week )
October 26. . Called Mark to track package, was told Cannot Do - . System down.
November 3rd. Still no package recieved.
Not a very happy customer.
