I have a rather large Norway maple close to my driveway... Which invariably results in piles of maple keys landing on my car... and invariably breed headaches.
They land all over the roof, work into gaps in the mouldings for the windows and roof racks, get under the wiper blades, clog up the bottom of the windshield, work their way into the slot for the rotating base of the wiper arms... And if it's damp/wet outside, they seem to bind to the top layer of the car and leave crud behind when I remove them.
:complain
Short of building an attached garage, buying a carport, or cutting down the trees in my neighbourhood, anyone have any suggestions for dealing with the darn things?!
