the left-rear suspension is super squeaky on my car. I can make the noise by pressing the back corner of the car down with my body weight. I don't notice it while driving, though I'm sure the noise is there.
Is it something to worry about? How do I fix it?
Since it's a 2010 it should be covered under warranty... Take it back to the dealer

assuming you are parked from your description, is your handbrake on?

It's odd that this should be mentioned.
I've been noticing on mine the last little while, that after parking, opening the door and standing up out of the car, I hear a "creak" noise that sounds like suspension. Not sure if it's front or back or both (sounds like it's mostly from the back). It's not that "loud" but I hear it.
It's a 2010, automatic and the handbrake is on (I always use the handbrake when I park)
Could this be a cold weather thing?

This is normal. The handbrake being pulled and you still being in the car their is the extra weight of the person. Now when you get out the suspension springs upwards (obviously not that much) but it will cause a noise as the back wheels are locked up and will not allow any movement from the difference. If you leave the car in park or in gear without the handbrake pulled you should not hear the noise.
Heres a perfect example
you park your car on a hill now with the brake still applied to not roll away you pull the heandbrake. Once you let go of the brake you will feel the car shift and load up the suspension. Its normal
