Hey Guys,

This is my first thread... hoping someone can help me out: Are there any good car washes near Yonge and Finch that you can recommend?

During the summer I've been washing by hand, but now that the snow/salt is building up its hard to keep my car clean... All the touchless seem pretty much the same (but for some reason I've found that Esso's dont get my car clean enough...), and I've seen some people here don't like them. Any non-touchless (touch?) washes in the area?

Also, I've never minded the rail, but have seen here some people prefer "railless" washes... why?

I've also been to the OLCO wash down on the Queensway which did a pretty good job (but is a little out of the way :P). Any suggestions are welcome... thanks in advance!

Sorry for all the questions lol, yes, I am a n00b.

Railless = saves your rims and is good if you are lowered.

Petro and Shell at Yonge and Hwy 7. That's the only 2 I can suggest. Other than that I don't know what else is decent in the area. The touchless Shell at Sheppard and Bayview is ok but not great.

nope ...but i thought it did a good job for $6 and you get a token for a free vaccum

Yeah for sure. If I didn't care about my paint I would probably go to a soft cloth wash. Until then, I'll stick to the touchless.

Bathurst and Drewry. Hand car wash on the South/East side. Also the Esso might have one.
Petro Can at Bathurst and Steeles is okay. Does the job.
