I'm just throwing this out there, if anyone knows.

I've got a portfolio management class and we need to design a portfolio and I need a way to track my portfolio with trade history and commission, which needs to be exported to an excel file.

Anyone know of a program or website I can use?

Most OMS / EMS support excel output format. It seems the industry is built on excel! I couldn't give you the name of any specific applications that will help you for school. Does you school have Bloomerg licenses or something similar? If not you could contact vendors like Bloomberg, Charles River, Fidessa, Blackrock, etc, and explain your needs; they might be able to hook you up. Alternatively I'm sure previous students from your class must have used serving to track their portfolio's. See if you can track some of these folks down. You could also find something online on finance / IM forums.

I'm pretty sure google finance allows you to all the functions you listed.

I asked our CFO and he mentioned a site called MorningStar
It's been a while since he did this (he pays someone to do it now lol), but he remembered at one point using that site. Check it out.
