Photobucket acting weird?

Has anyone else noticed that photobucket isn't loading properly today?
I've tried 3 different browsers and they all look the same. All the background images are gone, the layout and formatting is gone. All I get is a white page with plain text and the pictures that have links on them.

Anyone else getting this?

Nope. I applied a theme and it shows as well as when I click on a pic in an album, it shows the the pic as well as the links beside it.
