I think he means, will the 1st gen intake (built for the 1st gen MS3) fit on a 2nd gen MS3 if you took it out of the original car and stuck it into the 2nd gen.

I think MPS is responding to that by saying CPe has one specifically for the 2nd gen MS3. If the one from the first gen fit..why would they go to the trouble of creating a new part?

Maybe he's selling his intake, his sig pic shows what looks to be the CPE intake in his engine bay (and he has a 2008.5 MS3 anyway).

and i don't think gen 1 will fit gen 2
they changed allot of stuff under the hood
only thing staid same was the motor :complain
