I'm not gonna lie, I haven't been on a plane since i was 10 years old.

I'm flying to Orlando Next week. We fly from Buffalo to Washington then on to Orlando.

We have to switch planes in Washington but are staying within the same airline (united).


Now my question is, do we have to get our checked luggage in washington and recheck them for the second flight? Or if I check a bag in Buffalo, will it be switched to the other plane for us?

Your bags will be checked through to Orlando. You check your luggage prior to departing on flight one, and when you arrive in Orlando your baggage should arrive as well.

Spending the week of the 15th-24th there. We're staying just out side disney at the Ramada on International Drive. I promised i'd take the wife to disney this year. During the weekdays i'll be in the disney area doing the park thing, during the weekend i'm travelling to and from Daytona for the Daytona 500 and other races.

Just in case any one was wondering, I spent tonight in a t shirt and shorts walking around Orlando.

For some one like me who loves winter, I sure don't miss it.

You probably wouldn't believe me if I told you it's going to be 11ºC in Toronto on Friday.

Wish I was in Orlando to watch the Bassmaster Classic... Have a great one in warmer weather @ daytona too!
