View Full Version : The most funny (to me) modded BMW on the way to work today

So I went John St to Don Mill/Leslie north on my way to work today (anyone guess where I work?) and I saw a debadged late model BMW coupe. We both line up to left turn from John to Leslie. I can already smell his exhaust and know he's removed his cats. It goes green and we can left turn. His car's very very loud with the fat cannon sound. And surprise of surprises I had to lift off to stop from hitting him in 1st, 2nd, 3rd. And I was doing my real time L/100 thing to save on fuel.
Now maybe he was in ultra fuel saving mode. But to me it was just LOL funny that here was a car farting away, smelling bad and basically being very slow at the same time. And actually I think he wasn't saving fuel cause once he got up to speed he started doing the boy racer weaving in and out of traffic thing. To give you perspective, he accelerated no faster than a bus.
lol not surprised...i've found the vast majority of bmw drivers tend to be jerks

No. It's not a diesel. I am pretty sure a diesel's torque would have made it's acceleration a lot faster. And it doesn't smell like a diesel. It smelled like unburnt gasoline.
I am pretty sure it's a 3 series coupe.

Could be an old John Deere tractor engine dressed with a beamer body. Just like that gold porsche in the other thread.

How old?
e30's are slow as tits, most e36's are as well, and so are the e90's.
Loud ass cars on the road = PITA for everyone
but that very same loud ass car on the track = jackpot

This thread is retarded. Just because he has a loud exhaust, catless doesn't mean he has to boot it around town. WTF? It's winter out and you guys cry about people driving dangerously. I myself don't find it necessary to jump the gun every light. In this situation you're the joke, sorry OP

... E30/E36 M3s aren't slow.
... and E90/92 328/335 are damn quick. I'm pretty sure you'd have your ass handed to you by any E90 save for a 323i.

The only 3 series diesel offered right now in Canada is the E90 335d. And that thing pulls like a mofo and does not smell. Diesel engines have come a long way.
If it was a E92 coupe that thing would either be a 328 which has 230hp or the 335 which has the 300hp.
Either way, it's people like that, that give other BMW drivers a bad name.
ic that prick all the time by my house
he is always ripping it up and down
just wait till its warm and my speed comes out
ill give him a taste of the speeds black exhaust crap when you flog it =)

we're probably jerks because we get treated as such on the road... I've had 100012001901939203893982 times more car cut me off & tries to run into me than when i had a mazda

Let me guess it's a black one right? Like MPS mentioned this jackass always rips up and down John street. Even seen him pulled over a few times.

I'm referring to what the OP stated the BMW driver did by weaving in and out of traffic. There really is no reason to be doing that especially in morning traffic when it gets you ahead a few cars. It's dumb.
There are pricks on the road period... to label them all BMW drivers is also dumb
