Hey guys ...

I currently have a Cobb SRI + AP (running Stage 1 + SF 91 v108) on my 07 MS3 and am wondering if installing a Cobb turbo inlet would be beneficial or detrimental. I'm guessing everyone would recommend a tune after.

Thanks in advance.

Im have almost the same set up. Cp-e cold air, ap and cp-e turbo inlet on the way. I figure since the cai and turbo inlet are both 3 inch its a little more air than the stocker one. I think it defiantly cant hurt thats for sure.

Nope. Can't hurt with a proper tune.

Right now I'm on Cobb SRI + turbo inlet + the same tune. I had the SRI and tune first, added the inlet after. AFRs and fuel trims are in check. Inlet makes the turbo spool faster and you can hear the car gulping more air. You'll be surprised at how shitty the factory inlet is when you take it out. Full 3" diameter into the turbo FTW! Downpipe goes on in the spring...
