Based on what I can recall finding re: Prokits+Yellows, a camber kit is not necessarily required for a mild drop - it will depend on how far off the camber was in the first place.
That said, if you put on the shocks and springs, then take it for alignment and it turns out it does need a camber kit... You'll have to take it back to the shop to have them installed (and be paying again for time/labour).
So... it might be safest to drop the $200 on an adjustable camber kit now, and you'll be fine either way.

it wouldnt hurt.
S-techs are a 1.5" in the back. enough to throw camber out.
i'd buy the camber links.

It really depends on the car, you can't really generalize. Each car is different, I needed camber with out of spec even with prokits so I had to get camber kit.

It may be needed. With Racing Beat (I think 0.5" drop), my rear camber is sitting at the upper limit -2.3, which I don't mind how the car handles, however there is a little excessive tire wear because of that. Never know for sure until you are done with the install.
