Hi all, as title says, I am wondering if you can retro fit the Auto Climate Control that some Mazda3 has, and if so, whats the process and the components other than the module itself? Any advice is appreciated! Thanks!

talk to McGuyver but i no its one hell of a process and probably not worth it for the time and money ull need to spend on the parts.

Take my advice,
BUY A NEW CAR
Dash has to be pulled
harness must be changed (it is part of engine harness aswell)
Heater box needs replacing from manual to auto
with new harness it will change wiring under the hood. Connectors will be the same BUT the pins will be for different functions which means you will need a PJB, ECU, dealer reflash for start codes. Not worth the trouble or the money

+1, you wouldn't believe the wiring mess the Mazda 3's are.

Few thousand dollars. I've already looked into it.

even if you made it work, the money spent will probably be more than the money lost trading your car in for the same one with climate control

Climate control is overrated anyhow. It's a good-looking piece, but I wouldn't pay additional for it since it's rarely used. Hate the fact that it maxes out the fan setting each time.
