Passenger Side Interior Noise

I have a 2010 Mazda 3 i sport. i have a noise coming from the plastic arm (plastic piece between the windshield and passenger side window.) I have been to the dealer 3 times. They have replaced my glove box and said they put additional insulation in the plastic arm. However, whatever they did made the noise worse. Has anyone else had a similiar noise from this area? If you have and had it fixed could you tell me what the problem was so I can inform the dealer.
