changing the cabin air filter in a 2010 Mazda3

it looks like the 2010 3 is much easier to service because you don't have to take out the glove box.

Follow these steps to change your air filter. I hope these are helpful!!
Step 1. Open the glove box
Step 2. Remove the limiting stop arm
Step 3. Release the glove box
Step 4. Remove the old cabin air filter
Step 5. Clean filter chamber and check seals and gaskets
Step 6. Install the new cabin air filter
Step 7. Replace and secure the glove box
