Looking into getting high quality OCC in Blue and Red Chrome 15mm with all hardware for around $80-90 depending on quantity and shipping. How many people would be interested in this as I am in talks with a supplier as most places sell for $125-224 for similar product.

will post picks once I recieve my sample product.

If you order the Saikou Michi OCC, I'll gladly get it with you. Saikou Michi makes the best OCC on the market I had one on my 6 but sold it when I got traded in the car.

I also had the Saikou Michi OCC on my Speed 3... There was/is a guy on the Mazda Speed Forums out in the US who sells a whole kit for $160US with the catch can, pipes, and check valve (way better than the PCV valve).

If you read the cobb OCC how to you use another PCV valve with the oil catch can so you have a secondary in line PCV valve to the hose that connects to the intake manifold, this is extra insurance that nothing enters the intake manifold but gases.

Took a look at this and yes it is a good complete kit but the OCC does not need to be bullet proof and most OCC are very good quality to hold and catch the fluid and have visible tube for level like the Greddy OCC. The hose length is as simple as cutting to where you need it to go, like under stock air box or SRI you just mount to frame rail. All catch cans drain at the bottom so to spend $160 US plus shipping to get pre cut tubbing just can't justify the price gouge.

The Kit I am looking at comes with everything even tubbing you just have to buy Nappa PCV valve NAPA part number 2-9303 and maybe different color tubing if you want or more of it depending on your location. Vacuum hose does not cost allot! I will post pics once I get them, and will look into if I can get Seikou kit cheaper.

Thanks for the NAPA parts number...but anyone else interested in an even better PCV? btw, I recently replaced my oem Mazda second PCV w/ another Mazda one... and I believe the Mazda PCV is a wear item now...here's a proper check valve, as per discussion on MSF.org

I read the linked-to discussion on MSF.org. Looks like a check valve is the way to go to prevent crankcase pressurization. However, it still seems like it'll be a wear item as the OCC cannot completely prevent the passage of gunk into the IM.

Perhaps we're splitting hairs here but is ~5PSI entering the crankcase briefly that much of an issue (setting aside the benefit of a quicker spool)?

Perrin makes standard issue turbo accessories and I would categorize them right up there with Turbosmart. Good ish...just expensive, but I'd say for better reasons than Carbing's...

Keep an eye out on the catch-can's volume as well...not only will the mixture freeze possibly in the winter and thus increasing its volume, you also don't want to always have to change it when the weather changes or when you're tuning fueling...

Hey Fobio or anyone else... I tried ordering the check valve from McMaster-Carr and they refused to ship to Canada. Were you successful? Is there a Canadian supplier of these check valves? Thanks for your help guys.

Never got one from McMaster-Carr. Try these guys if you want to source one locally.

or alternatively, have McMaster-Carr ship to a US pick-up address.

I have been trying to order a Gen2 OCC V2 kit from Matt davey@gmail and have been unsuccessful since first contact Aug 19th and first reply on the 21st. I have still not received further reply or email link to purchase the Full Saikou Michi kit from Matt??

I have actually contacted the manufacturer and he said he could work out better pricing for the OCC which is $110 and is a 2 stage filter not just empty can.

who would be interested in just getting the OCC and you can purchase vacum hose & pcv at any auto parts place with clamps on your own!

I can get anything from McMaster-Carr shipped to Canada....we buy things from them all the time at work. We typically get better than advertised prices too, as we buy in larger volumes. Send me a PM if there was something you wanted I'd gladly help order it
