so im trying to figure out how to clean the inside housing of my headlights!....for some reason i think my 8000k hids are not bright enough compare to the other ones i see on the road.Any suggestions?

with 8000k you get the look but the output isnt as good i know this because i went from 6 to 8 & the 6000k where brighter

Also, make sure its inside and not outside. Could be road rash on the housing.

i c.....how bout my fogs?....i put 3000k's on it...what do you guys think,should i take off da cover of da bulb or just leave dem on?

If you are looking for pure light performance you have two options, wattage and temperature of the capsules. Assuming your kit is 35w you can bump it up to 55w or 75w. There are risks with this so do your research. For light temp, you should consider something closer to 4300 k. That is the temp of daylight when the sun is at it's highest point in the sky. This temp has a natural look to it, slightly yellowish. If you like ricey blue stick with 8000k. White is between 5000k and 6000k. Keep in mind temp being the same, you get different colour output from differen bulbs. I.e., THL's 6000k are like other companies' 5000k.
If you are willing to take it a step further you can consider a lens swap; TRS makes a drop in kit. If you want the mother of all improvements, do a full retrofit and install some s2000 (ap1 I believe) projectors, or TSX projectors.

Unless you want to piss off oncoming traffic with the increased glare, leave them on.
