So I referred my brother in law to Direct Mazda and had his FJ Cruiser rust proofed. The car was there at around 830am and it took about 3 hours for the whole process to complete. I do believe 2 hours were spent with the rustproofing and another hour cleaning the car and waiting for the proofing to set.

We met Dave for the 1st time as well and he was definitely pleasant to talk to. Dave would gladly discuss with you any queries you might have. Also had a chat with sales exec Andrew Colasante and spoke about the upcoming Skyactiv engines.
Location
Direct Mazda is located by Erin Mills Parkway and Battleford St. -- It is conveniently located beside a commercial plaza where you will find your favorite restaurants and stores. You have your local No Frills there, Wendy's, Tim's, McDonalds and many more. So if you feel like buying or eating something, it will only take you a minute and half to walk and reach the plaza.
Amenities
You have your usual lounge with a decent LCD tv, free brewed coffee, wifi connection.
For me, as long as you have free coffee, you are fine by me.
Service
I was not expecting that much but when they brought out the car, I was pretty much impressed with the quality of the service. The car was spotty clean. I know that most rustproofing shops clean the car after servicing BUT not to the extent of wiping the whole car down and making it spotless. No smudge marks on the steering wheel nor on door handles.
The application, I would say, was done neatly. They were careful not to overspray on parts where you don't want the rustproof on. The product was indeed dripless as you will somewhat notice on the pictures that will follow. My brother in law did say that the soundguard did it's job so far as he went to test the car later yesterday on the 401. Overall, we feel that the money spent was REALLY worth it.
So I say kudos to Direct Mazda and Dave for top quality and pleasant service. I definitely declare that it was money well spent.
