Hi Guys, I recently installed the JBR SSP+bushings+heavy knob combo and I also did a shifter adjustment and everything feels great shifting up, although it makes klunky sounds when I shift, it still shifts very crisp and smoothly. However, whenever I try to rev match and downshift into 2nd from 3rd, I get a nasty grind before it goes into gear. I don't get this problem going from any other gear (5th to 4th, 4th to 3rd). I never had this problem with the stock setup. Any suggestions? Should I change the tranny fluid or make more adjustments to the shifter?
Thanks.

Did you fine tune the shifter? I had to play with mine a bit to get everything working properly. I tried the same combo as yourself but found that the bushings + JBR shift weight + stock shifter was best for me (after fine tuning the shifter again). Have you tried double clutching the downshift?

Yeah, I've done the fine tuning, cuz before it, I was having trouble getting into 5th and 6th. Upshifting and downshifting while the motor isn't running feels fine, it's just when I heel-toe from 3rd to 2nd that it grinds. I'll try some double clutching tmrw to see if it'll help. Thanks.
