Bought mines today. You'll notice a good jump in fuel economy. Installing them next month.

Really that noticeable? What ones would be for an '04 2.3L? Thanks!

I've been getting 260-270km per half-tank consistently during the winter, but after changing my plugs (not even properly gapped apparently), i'm back to a summer-time average of 310 per half-tank.

120K but a lot of people change them earlier than that.

With the original factory NGK Iridium plugs it's 120,000 or slightly sooner. With the NGKs you buy at CT or elsewhere for $15, expect maybe half that, say 50-60k, as they are not of the same quality.

You should consider time as well as mileage. If you don't drive a lot it could take 5 or 6 years (or more) to put 120,000 km on the car. After that much time one or more plugs could be seized, which can be expensive and time consuming to deal with.
I wouldn't leave any plugs in for more than 3 years, just to be safe.

Yup. Thats the one Chris. My car is an 06 and I have like 98k. I've been smelling tons of gasoline from my exhaust for the past year. I dunno if this will help but I think its about time anyways.
I'm just wondering if I should gap the plugs or just plug it in. I know there was a thread about this but IIRC, it was mixed reviews. I have to read up on that thread again
