View Full Version : Need to run 2 small wires to my engine bay. Where is a easy spot to sneak them in?

Helllo
I have a hatchback and i need to run 2 wires into my engine bay.
Where is a good spot to run them in ? I dont want to drill anything

If you have an auto trans you can drill a small hole in the plastic clutch cover plate. That is the best/easiest way to go through. If you have a manual trans try going through the grommet behind the glove box.

Use the main grommet in the firewall that the ECU harness runs through.

i have a auto
im runing two wires from my compass mirror for a temp sensor ill go looking for the clutch hole cover if not then maybe the main harness

id suggest that you use the glove box technique, much much easier. couple of screws and a little fooling around. shouldnt take all that long.
