Some very nice photos! Your main page is decent, although a little busy for my taste. There are a lot of different graphic elements and its difficult to tell if you've got it set up as a blog or a portfolio. The image galleries are ok, I'm guessing based with Photoshelter or something similar?

The other thing that bugs me is that your main/about pages have one layout, your image galleries another, and the portfolio a third. Even though the navigation bar has the same content, the graphics keep changing and it moves up and down. I think it still has some work to go until it looks more cohesive throughout.

Hey aitch!
thanks for commenting, couldnt agree more about the page layouts. I wanna keep everything similar but I took the easy way out. Im gonna try to put my portfolio and gallery page in a similar layout. Ive had a couple of comments as to the main page bein very busy aswell. I was thinking of having a main image centered with the top and bottom menu present as the homepage, much cleaner look for sure.

Thanks for your comments!!

As Aitch said, I think it's much too busy to be able to be easily taken in. Recommend increasing the amount of neutral space both around pictures, as well as on the outer edges of the two columns (and the space separating the two). Another option would be to go with a relatively 'minimalist' design aesthetic (perhaps something like flickr, but darker) which places the emphasis on the pictures themselves... Reducing the number per page would work too.

Also not a fan of the orange/beige/tan you used to headline a category... IMHO try something that allows the entry title to "pop", but not so much that it overwhelms the pictures of course.

Last is a technical issue; the footer segment isn't centred for me (running Chrome).

LOVE the pictures though! :hawt

That's a GREAT picture right at the top of the Snowbirds, Blue Angels, Thunderbirds and Red Arrows... Definitely catches the right crowd.

Aside of that I can't comment much, because I don't know too much about webpage design. But I think instead of having 2 columns, you could potentially have a smaller banner for each section and then expand from that.

Great job on the website! Although a bit busy on the main page, it did highlight each album pretty well. Love the shots too, haha what camera setup you using? :) Oh and IMO, it would be better to view each pic a bit larger (I know you can click it for an enlarged in a new window) so that the viewers can fully take in all the nice work.

"Portfolio" link doesnt work. Redirects to http://jetstreamphotography.com/siteportfolio\index.htm (just a bad slash) :)

as soon as i'm taken to the link, first thing i noticed is there is way too much going on. keep it relatively simple maybe just a couple of features on the front page?

I think things are little disorganized. But that might be expected from a new website. When you click on things, windows open up everywhere and I feel like I'm jumping all over the place. Maybe try to keep the styling consistent.
