When booking an appointment for my car to be detailed with John Boot it was very easy. I got my appointment at the time i wanted. John was very easy to deal with and professional. I'm looking forward to getting my car detailed and cant wait to see the overall out come. I'll make sure to post pictures later.

Currently sitting in the waiting lounge; had nothing but a great experience. John's awesome, as expected. Spoke with a cute saleslady about a trade-in too. ;)
This is a late write up but it wouldnt be fair to John or me (for all the time spent) if i didnt post it. I have been dealing with the tsb rattle issue (aka bed intruder rattle; no one is going to find it :chuckle) for the past month or so and up to now John has been more than helpful to say the least.
When i was told that i would need to leave the car overnight to determine the rattle (which i cant do due to being out of shuttle range), John stepped up and offered me his TSB parts. In that same time period i also need a broken drivers seat rail plastic end cap replaced which resulted in three extra trips because of the wrong parts being sent :(.
Nonetheless, throughout the whole ordeal John always remained in communication and made sure that i was informed of what was going on, what to expect and above all stayed honest (explaining mazda's mistake) which i appreciate. It also helped that we both stayed positive the entire time; part of it has to do with me getting 3 car washes out of the situation and a full detail on the cheap in the near future. :thumbsup
As for the future, I'll keep on going to QEW as long as John is there! :No Homo Smiley
