So.....

I was into Toronto this past weekend and doing a bunch of driving (on the highways) in the rain, and it was heavy at times.

Driving along the 427 just merging with the 401 and my wiper motor quits, and now I don’t have any wipers on the 401 doing 110, in like a billion lanes of traffic, needless to say it was rather nerve racking to get the car off of the highway without crashing and / or side swiping anyone.

I couldn’t see a thing, you don’t realize how much you need them until they completely don’t work!

After I get the car off the highway @ martin grove and Dixon I call Mazda road side assistance and they say they will only tow my car to the nearest dealership and that they will look at it Monday (well that's great if you live in that area, or even in Toronto) but I am from London, so the guy tells me the best thing to do is to “try” to get back to London. Long story short I finally get to crappy tire and apply some rain-x (thanks to steve for the idea) to get me through the rest of the rain / snow and the drive home on Sunday, just heading in to the dealership now (Probart in London) to get it fixed.

What a frustrating afternoon!

Rant over, lol
