Caught the tire on a screw I guess on the on ramp or just before? The tire deflated and I noticed the tail getting a bit sloppy. Got off the highway and check. Ouch.

Unrepairable cause it deflated quite fast and with the highway speed it wasn't a good idea to repair. So had to buy new ones. Got 2 yokohama s.drives from go for tires as they were close by. Came home looked them up and I am like what? They are cheaper than the dunlops but overall everyone says they are better?

Now, should I be getting the remaining 2 tires switched over as well? I am not tracking the car this year so I am not too concerned about ultimate grip differences. But, from the tire wear ratings the dunlops will wear out sooner (they were basically new so it's about equal start). And at that point I'll have partly worn yokos as well. What do you guys think? Personally I think I can live with 2 wearing out first. At that point I'll just spurge on some good tires and all 4 corners.

On the good news side my puma driving boots came in and they fit quite well :). I love that 75% off sale they had.

Oh if anyone's looking for 1 or 3 dunlop oems. I am open to the idea lol.

I'm in a strange situation with tires as well! In March, shortly after I purchased my 2010 MS3, I ran over a pothole and punctured my front driver's side OEM Dunlop 2050. I had replaced the front two with Kumho Platinums, but kept the rears with the OEM Dunlops. By next week, I'm finally picking up the other set of Kumhos, so now I'll have the 3 Dunlops to sell as well. Sooooo... does anyone want to buy 6 Dunlop OEMs? LOL.
