View Full Version : Coilover installation shop? Recommendations

I bought BC coilovers and im going to be getting them installed soon.
I called SG Motorsports and got quoted $600 for install, alignment and corner balance.
Does this seem a fair price?
Does anyone know other reputable shops that does the all-in one installation?

I think you should let the suspension settle a few weeks before doing alignment.

Thats too high man!!.
Like Dave said, check out APH, also Street Performance. Ive only been with APH and they are very good at what they do. And there are tons of people who trust only Street Performance to come anywhere near their cars.
Also let the suspension settle after installation (as shu589201 said).

Jay like i mentioned the other night its too much.
I had APH do the original instal which was 200$ and thye had it done in one night, with no problems. APH called me the same night i droped it off to comfirm ride height, and everything.
SG raised my coilovers up .75' and aligned and corner balanced it for 230$. that was done in one day aswell.

Yea that what i was thinking aswell, only thing is that would be a whole day for me to take off work. Go to APH then SG, day gone.
But i will save 200 bucks

Jimmy charges under $200 for coilover install. Try him.

yea but you would want to atleast wait a week or 2 for the coils to settle in. my coils droped nearly .25in after settling which is why i had to raise it lol.
