So who else just saw Fast Five?

Just came back from the theater. I have to say, better than expected. There was actually some resemblance of a plot, and I'm really glad the trailer didn't give TOO much of the movie away. Also the cast was awesome and there were some good lines.

As I mentioned in the spoiler it wasnt hyped up that you will see Street racers do stupid stuff... Similar to Italian Job, Oceans 11 schemes.

Is it better than the first 1.. Nope, 2nd, maybe 3rd? nope, 4th, close...

I dont think id watch it on a big screen, im happy with my 46! lol.

yea its more of a heist movie than wut you wud expect from the regular fast and furious movies
but it was good it kept u on your toes :D

I thought the movie was good, kept me entertained throughout. Some pretty memorable moments, I won't say which scene yet but there was one big one that I wish they showed that they didn't.

All in all I would say see it in theaters.

The extra scene kind of bugged me lol. Reteconing everything in the damn series lol. All the need is an alternate reality and it's like a comic book.

It was an enjoyable movie and I hope Mythbusters does a show on it.

I retract my previous statement. This movie is as good as Tokyo drift. It had a nice ending after the credits

well they have to do another one in tokyo, after hans dies and dom returns at the end of 3, then they gotta continue it now with this "ghost"

Saw it this afternoon and gotta say that I loved it. The selection of cars was the best ever and nothing cheesy! Even the retro GTR kicked ass! (i want one). The women were hot in the film.....especially the one at the end of the credits. Much better than I expected and prolly my fav of the series.

Does anyone else find it ironic that the F&F series has always been seen as a Ricer movie. And that "Ricers" are constantly made fun of. Yet this movie made 33 mill on opening day - SOLD out in theatres across the GTA.

Makes me smile uncontrollably how we (ricers) still contribute to everyones entertainment!

To be completly honest, it was one of the best movies i have seen in a very long time. really. Solid plot, great actors/characters, visuals, sound effects, sound track, hot women, hot cars, a bunch of twist near the end of the movie, and a great big kick in the balls after the credits.
I couldnt help but smile seeing alot of classics in the movie including the 72 GT-R, Pantera, Dom's Mopar's...
To bad we didnt get to see the race at the end, but i garuntee alot of people felt like driving fast after than scene cause it pumped you right up. looking forward to what they have planned next.
